A creative flow of yoga sequences set to motivating music, taught in a heated room (102°-105° F) by expert teachers skilled in the art of adjustments and inspirational narrative. Our Hot Power Yoga class is perfect for our Hot Yoga enthusiasts who have interest in learning funky variations and finding more power in their practice. Modifications will always be offered, all are welcome.

Pure Yoga & Fitness Pure Tone ClassesPure Tone
When resistance bands, gliders, and free weights meet yoga, Pure Tone is born. This high intensity, but low impact workout will boost your metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat music and a motivational vibe. You will combine all these glorious fitness tools with a cardio yoga flow while mixing in strength training moves like squats, lunges, and bicep curls. A fitness junkie’s dream!

Pure Yoga & Fitness Pure Fusion ClassesPure Fusion
A true blend of balance, core strengthening and flexibility, Pure Fusion concentrates on the meditative, detoxifying qualities of hot yoga without vigorous upper body work you might experience in a vinyasa based class. Set to motivating music, you’ll focus on yoga postures that open the shoulders, hips and spine while strengthening your core and upper body. Suitable for all levels of fitness, beginner friendly.

Pure Yoga & Hot Yoga + ToneHot Yoga + Tone
Can’t decide between Hot Yoga and Tone? Try them both at the same time!

A balance of strength and length. This class begins with mobility and gentle movement to warm the body, then adds in additional resistance to targeted muscles groups, and ends with a cool down stretch into the final rest. Expect high energy and repetition, great for all levels!

Pure Yoga & Fitness Mysore ClassesMysore
Mysore is a traditional method of teach Ashtanga Yoga that unfolds the series to each practitioner on an indivudual basis. In Mysore class, the student is taught a sequence of postures through one-on-one instruction. The correct movements, breathing, and other aspects of the practice are learned gradually, in a step-by-step process accessible to anyone. This method allows each student time to practice and memorize what they have learned before adding more. Students are able to practice independently and at their own pace while surrounded by the energy and inspiration of other students in the room. The teacher is able to work with each student individually. Initially, students may require more attention, but as they become proficient in their practice, they are allowed more independence, receiving adjustments and assistance only when required.
