Blue Ridge GA, Mountain Retreat

July 6th-9th, 2023

Reflect, Rejuvenate, Reset on the Blue Ridge Mountains

Come join us on this beautiful mountain retreat. You will be able to take time for yourself to relax, recenter and refocus. Each day you will explore and experience deep healing and relaxation and be a part of supportive community and make lifelong relationships. The Blue Ridge Mountains are known for having a bluish color when seen from a distance. Trees put the “blue” in Blue Ridge, from the isoprene released into the atmosphere. This contributes to the characteristic haze on the mountains and their perceived color. This experience will be like no other. Reservations are limited, reserve your space today!

You can expect daily asana practices both mornings and some evenings as well as activities and meditation opportunities. We will explore nature for quiet contemplation with opportunities for outings to the lake, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, tubing and swimming activities, all-level hikes in addition to a few other fun (and optional) excursions sprinkled throughout. You have opportunities to zip-line and whitewater rafting. I will have my singing bowls to play for you, every night while we lay under the stars by the burning fireplace. All food and drinks are included at the house. Participants will have opportunities to connect and share meals with each other. We also have a private chef, cooking for us on Saturday night a 5-course meal. This mountain retreat is the perfect refuge away from our busy lives and an opportunity to go within and connect to the wellspring of healing energy that is your essential nature.
