Jennyris began practicing yoga regularly in 2010, in search of a routine that would help her to focus and relax; and almost instantly realized she wanted to teach. After getting certified for vinyasa flow with Stephanie Keach, she began teaching in January of 2011. Her passion for yoga and the constant desire to learn new things is what drives her to share yoga with others.
