Yoga BootCamp is designed to target all major muscle groups, improve endurance, burn calories, and burn fat. The bootcamps are held three to four times a week for a two month period. This is a great way to meet people with the same interests and support each other to meet your shared fitness goals. Let our instructors motivate, train, and help get your body and health to where you want it to be. Gain confidence and show your body whose boss! (Yoga BootCamp is not included with our unlimited monthly pass. Spots are limited, early registration is recommended.)
