Level 1 Hot Yoga (101 – 105 degrees)
In Level 1 Hot Yoga you will build on the basics of yoga while experiencing all the wonderful benefits that intro has to offer. You will incorporate more of a variety of postures and experience a longer and more challenging vinyasa flow. This class will boost your energy, build strength and endurance, and increase your flexibility. Also great for our professional athletes and pregnant yogis.
