Intro to Hot Yoga (95 – 101 degrees)
New to yoga or just need a good stretch after a hard practice, long run, or intense workout, this class is for you. Intro to Hot Yoga brings your back to the basics to help build your foundation with breath and proper alignment. You will enjoy a slower paced practice with classic poses that will gently open your body to lengthen and strengthen your muscles, increase mobility, and relieve stress. Great for professional athletes or pregnant yogis.
