Intro to Hot Yoga (90 – 100 degrees)
This class is designed for those who are new to yoga or just need a good stretch after a hard practice, long run, or intense work out. Your instructor will bring you back to the basics to help build your foundation with breath and proper alignment. You will enjoy a slower paced practice with classic poses that will gently open your body to lengthen and strengthen your muscles, increase mobility, and relieve stress.
Level 1 Hot Yoga (100 – 105 degrees)
(Sundays at 10am are a non-heated level 1 class)
This class is designed for all levels of fitness. We will begin with breath work and then move you into static postures that will warm you up while improving your balance. We will then boost your energy, build strength and endurance, and increase your flexibility with a vinyasa flow. We will complete the practice with mat work that will strengthen the back and core improving your posture and overall health.
Level 2 Hot Yoga (100 – 105 degrees)
Expand your practice with Level 2. You will experience all of the wonderful benefits that Level 1 has to offer while incorporating more of a variety of postures and experiencing a longer and more challenging vinyasa flow.
Level 3 Hot Yoga (100 – 105 degrees)
Challenge yourself with this intense and energizing workout that builds on level 2 and includes inversions and arm balancing postures.
