Our Hot Power Yoga class is perfect for our Hot Yoga enthusiasts who have interest in learning funky variations and finding more power in their practice. Modifications will always be offered, all are welcome.

Pure Yoga & Fitness Pure Tone ClassesPure Tone
When resistance bands, gliders, and free weights meet yoga, Pure Tone is born. This high intensity, but low impact workout will boost your metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat music and a motivational vibe. You will combine all these glorious fitness tools with a cardio yoga flow while mixing in strength training moves like squats, lunges, and bicep curls. A fitness junkie’s dream!

Pure Yoga & Fitness Pure Fusion ClassesPure Fusion
A true blend of balance, core strengthening and flexibility, Pure Fusion concentrates on the meditative, detoxifying qualities of hot yoga without vigorous upper body work you might experience in a vinyasa based class. Set to motivating music, you’ll focus on yoga postures that open the shoulders, hips and spine while strengthening your core and upper body. Suitable for all levels of fitness, beginner friendly.

Pure Yoga & Fitness Stretch & RestoreStretch & Restore
Stretch & Restore is a non-heated class that balances movement with a deep stretch. With the use of props, poses are held for longer periods of time to lengthen and strengthen targeted areas. This class is perfect for a day of rest if your body is tired or sore, or if you’re looking for an opportunity to slow down, breathe deep, and relax. All levels are welcome.

Pure Yoga & Fitness Kid's Yoga ClassesKid’s Yoga
Our Kid’s Yoga class welcomes ages 5-11. This class focuses on both individual and group encouragement with movement, breathing, meditation, social skills, and relaxation techniques in a kid-approved environment. Non-heated room (76°-78° F). Bring the family to PURE for some yoga fun! Drop the kids off in our non-heated space for 45 mins of yoga + 30 mins of homework/reading/games while you or you and your spouse break a sweat in our 75 min HOT Yoga class. Everyone leaves happy and ready to breeze through the rest of the nightly routine stress-free and satisfied.
