Hot Yoga is a form of exercise that targets 100-percent of the body, working your body from the inside out. This class consists of a combination of a series of yoga postures and a Vinyasa flow in a 1,500 sq. ft. room with temperatures reaching over 100 degrees. The heat will help the body burn fat more effectively while allowing the muscles and connective tissues to become more elastic promoting greater flexibility and lowering the chance of injury. The sweating aids detoxification and elimination through the skin. Hot Yoga is a wonderful way to release stress, tone muscles, increase flexibility, improve balance, and burn up to 1,200 calories.

Pure Yoga & Fitness Hot Power Yoga ClassesHot Power Yoga

Hot Power Yoga takes Hot Yoga to the next level. This class is also practiced in a 1,500 sq. ft. room with temperatures reaching over 100 degrees. You will practice similar postures as the hot yoga class, but learn how to move deeper promoting greater benefits for the body by focusing more on core strength. We have also incorporated Pilates to increase the strength, flexibility, and control of the body. Hot Power Yoga is a very high energy class designed to keep you motivated and your body in the best shape of its life!

Pure Yoga & Fitness Beginners Hot Yoga ClassesBeginners Hot Yoga

Beginners Hot Yoga is similar to the Hot Yoga class but is practiced in a cooler room. We also utilize modifications while explaining each posture in great detail. This class is a great way to kickoff your yoga practice.

Pure Yoga & Fitness Beginners Hot Yoga ClassesHot Booty Burn

Hot Booty Burn is a fun and energetic way of getting your body and especially your booty right where you want it to be! We have incorporated Yoga and Pilates into this class creating a wonderful workout of all body types as well as any level of fitness. Your legs, arms, and abs will be sculpted and your booty will be lifted! Prepare to sweat; this class is practiced in a 1,000 sq. ft. room with a temperature of 95 degress.
