Pure Yoga & Fitness Beginners Hot Yoga ClassesIntro to Hot Yoga (95 – 101 degrees)
New to yoga or just need a good stretch after a hard practice, long run, or intense workout, this class is for you. Intro to Hot Yoga brings your back to the basics to help build your foundation with breath and proper alignment. You will enjoy a slower paced practice with classic poses that will gently open your body to lengthen and strengthen your muscles, increase mobility, and relieve stress. Great for professional athletes or pregnant yogis.

Pure Yoga & Fitness Hot Power Yoga ClassesLevel 1 Hot Yoga (101 – 105 degrees)
In Level 1 Hot Yoga you will build on the basics of yoga while experiencing all the wonderful benefits that intro has to offer. You will incorporate more of a variety of postures and experience a longer and more challenging vinyasa flow. This class will boost your energy, build strength and endurance, and increase your flexibility. Also great for our professional athletes and pregnant yogis.

Expand your practice with Level 2. Challenge yourself with this intense and energizing workout that builds on level 1 and includes more inversions and arm balancing postures. But don’t let that scare you, this class is designed for all levels of fitness.

Lots of sweat, movement, and high energy! Our Level 2 Hot Yoga class spiced up with more heat and difficulty to get you ready for the weekend.

Pure Yoga & Fitness Hot Yoga ClassesHot Yoga & Warm Yoga
Mixed level vinyasa based yoga class that will make anyone feel comfortable and accomplished. The only difference between the two is the temperature of the room. Our mixed level hot class will range anywhere from 100 to 105 degrees. Our warm class will have no added heat and no ac.

Pure Yoga & Fitness Hot Yoga ClassesRestorative (non-heated)
Restorative yoga is simply that – restorative. It is the centering of your breath and body-aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time. The use of props will assist in helping you hold poses longer. Ideal for professional athletes, clients rehabbing injury, or pregnant yogis.

Hot Power Fusion blends powerful elements of Hot Yoga and Power Yoga classes. It encompasses the meditative and detoxifying qualities of Hot Yoga with the intensity of Power Yoga. Practiced in a heated, climate-controlled environment, this class focuses on opening the shoulders, hips and spine as well as strengthening core and upper body. Set to music, this class is energizing and fun and appeals to anyone who appreciates a healthy sweat.
