A carefully crafted flow of yoga sequences set to motivating music, taught in a heated room (100°-102° F) by expert teachers skilled in the art of adjustments and inspirational narrative. Modifications as well as variations will be offered, all levels of fitness are welcome.

Pure Yoga & Fitness Hot Power Yoga ClassesPure Power
A creative flow of yoga sequences set to motivating music, taught in a heated room (102°-105° F) by expert teachers skilled in the art of adjustments and inspirational narrative. Our Hot Power Yoga class is perfect for our Hot Yoga enthusiasts who have interest in learning funky variations and finding more power in their practice. Modifications will always be offered, all are welcome.

Pure Yoga & Hot Yoga + TonePure Strength
When resistance bands, gliders, and free weights meet yoga, Pure Tone is born. This high intensity, but low impact workout will boost your metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat music and a motivational vibe. You will combine all these glorious fitness tools with a cardio yoga flow while mixing in strength training moves like squats, lunges, and bicep curls. A fitness junkie’s dream!

Pure Fusion
A true blend of balance, core strengthening and flexibility, Pure Fusion concentrates on the meditative, detoxifying qualities of hot yoga without vigorous upper body work you might experience in a vinyasa based class. Set to motivating music, you’ll focus on yoga postures that open the shoulders, hips and spine while strengthening your core and upper body. Suitable for all levels of fitness, beginner friendly.

Pure Stretch
Pure Stretch is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time. Props will be used to go deeper into your stretches and focus on breathing and holding poses. All levels are welcomed. Temperature is between 100-105 degrees.
